What you can do with the free trial
- The evaluation copy of SoftChalk allows you to download, install, and use the software for 30 days from the day you install it.
- This is a complete version of SoftChalk with all features enabled.
- Any content or lessons that you create during the free-trial period are yours to keep and distribute without any obligation to SoftChalk.
SoftChalk will become unusable after 30 days unless you purchase a license for the software.

SoftChalk LessonBuilder is a Java executable application. The Sun™ Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.5 or higher is required to install and run SoftChalk on Windows. The SoftChalk installer for Windows will install or upgrade the JRE as part of the SoftChalk LessonBuilder installation process.
Macintosh OS 10.3.4 or higher ships with the correct JRE. The SoftChalk Mac installer does not include a JRE installer.
